ZI09 is fast drying professional zinc. Over 98% pure, micronised, lamellar, zinc-based and mixed with lamellar aluminium powder (to provide a brilliant finish).
Guarantees long lasting protection against corrosion and oxidation. Ideal for anti corrosive protection of mechanical parts, rims, metal structures, exhaust mufflers, equipments exposed to the atmospheric agents, etc. Protection layer: about 15 micron – resists up to 500-600°C – yield of 2.5m per aerosol bottle. Equipped with a special, 360° valve that guarantees the zinc is completely dispensed, even in different positions. In addition, the dispenser valve has a rotating nozzle for a complete zinc paint treatment (2 crossed coats, 10 minutes apart: horizontal + vertical).
Directions for use: Shake the aerosol vigorously so the two mixer balls inside mix the zinc powder well with the solvents and bonding resins via. Dispense ZI09 evenly on the perfectly CLEAN, DRY surface to be treated. Dust free after 180 seconds, it finally catalyses within 12h.
