Super concentrated wated based degreasing detergent for hot aqueous and ultrasonic parts washers.
No solvents, atoxic and nonnoxious formula. Characterized by an excellent degreasing and decarbonizing action on metal parts. Recommended for cleaning engines, heads, metal parts. It respects rubber and plastic parts, aluminium and alloys. It provides an antioxide protection on iron metals, ideal for final wash before painting.
It can be used as aluminium parts degreaser, also when few alloys could lose their original brillance after treatment. Recommended for washing machines with oil catch system, because the product permits a fast oil separation after a wash cycle.
Directions for use: dilute in a proportion of 1:30 - 1:20 with water, directly in the parts washer. Operate with hot water cycle up to a maximum of 70°C. At the end blow the parts with compressed air, no need for rinse. Add minimum quantity of defoamer in case foam appears during the washing process. When the product’s detergent action is over, replace the aqueous blend. 
If used as phosphatizer, dilute upon specific case and use in parts washer.
