BLUE POWER is a specially formulated additive designed to ensure the optimal operation and longevity of SCR systems in diesel engines equipped with AdBlue.
It prevents the formation of deposits and salt incrustations that can accumulate on the injector in the exhaust system, ensuring uniform vaporization of AdBlue.
AdBlue is a 32.5% high-purity aqueous urea solution, odorless and synthetically produced. It is injected into the exhaust manifold before the catalyst to reduce harmful emissions. During the process, urea vaporizes while heavier exhaust particles can deposit in the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), forming salt deposits that may block the injector.
BLUE POWER addresses this critical point by:
- Keeping injectors and lines clean, preventing blockages.
- Ensuring optimal AdBlue vaporization for efficient SCR performance.
- Preventing salt and scale build-up, protecting the system over time.
Recommended dosage:
1% – approximately 1/3 of a 300 ml bottle per 10 L of AdBlue. Regular use ensures continuous protection of the injection system and stable engine performance.
