BIOSOLV EC62

It is a natural ester medium VOC content based innovative Biosolvent. It has a detergence power comparable to that of the classic solvents, such as chlorinated, hexane, heptane, isoparaffins, and mineral spirits. It has the advantage of being highly biodegradable, non-toxic, non-flammable, safe and efficient. It is totally soluble in water and in most of the classical organic solvents.
It can be used in a wide range of industrial applications thanks to its excellent solvent properties.
Applications: cleaning and degreasing of any surface affected by grease, dirt and oil. It is also suitable for cleaning of electrical components such as engines, electronic cards, etc. It is suitable for cleaning of processing residues of acrylic, phenolic, phenoxy and cellulosic resins and it is also suitable for cleaning photolithography processes.
Useful as paint stripper and graffiti remover or for the dilution of concentrated fluids used for metal processing (cutting oils, etc.).
How to use: use the product as it is in an aqueous solution with a brush, in immersion or in ultrasonic baths. After treatment the product needs blowing with compressed air in order to obtain perfect drying.
